THE LAND OF HAWKS

For sale farmhouse in Sicily Noto

At Sicily real estate agency offers for sale in Noto farmhouse with 20 hectares of panoramic agricultural land.

In south-eastern Sicily, 9 km from Noto, a baroque Unesco heritage town, reachable in an hour from the airports of Catania and Comiso, and only 30 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the south-eastern coast and the main towns of the Ibleo Baroque, we offer you

Farm estate of about 20 hectares (200,000 sqm) with farm cottages of about 500 sqm. The agricultural land, mainly cultivated and flat with 500 olive trees, slopes gently towards a fascinating canyon typical of the Hyblean area. Inside the estate there are rural cottages used as stables and warehouses for about 500 square metres, all in need of renovation.
It is possible to request authorisation for a further new building and/or to move some parts of the farmhouses to more open positions overlooking the valley. In the part surrounding the farmhouses there is natural rock emerging, at various levels, and special garden and relaxing areas can be created.

The estate is located approximately 4 km from the residential area of San Corrado F.M. and can be reached by a paved road to the property boundary.

The atmosphere is one of peace and relaxation, the view extends hill after hill, with a rural landscape typical of the Iblei. The wonderful light at sunset offers the colours of Sicily to be enjoyed on summer evenings, in every direction.
Ideal for developing a receptive activity, or for a life in contact with nature and an agricultural activity.
Although the area is inhabited and the surrounding land is cultivated, it is an oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation.
Not too far away, about 15 minutes, we find Cavagrande del Cassibile, a place of tourist and scenic interest.

Trustindex verifica che la fonte originale della recensione sia Google. Maddalena has an exceptional eye for high-quality properties and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. She doesn’t overwhelm you with irrelevant options; instead, she takes a thoughtful, tailored approach, presenting only properties that truly match your criteria. She's always well-prepared, and if any information is missing, she will go the extra mile to provide a clear and qualified answer. Maddalena also has an excellent network of trusted professionals to support you after the purchase. We’ve worked with her twice—first to find our home and later for agricultural land—and both experiences were absolutely excellent. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
