ALMOND GROVE WITH A GLIMPSE OF THE SEA IN NOTO

Land for Sale in Noto, Sicily: Villa Plot with Sea Glimpse

Terraced almond grove of 19,290 m², 8 km from Noto, facing west, with olive groves and a glimpse of the sea. The ideal place for your country villa.

Imagine waking up among the almond trees, having your coffee on a terrace overlooking the valley, and seeing a strip of sea at the end of the olive groves. This almond grove in Noto offers exactly that.

About 19,290 m² (1.9 ha) of Sicilian countryside, gently terraced and well exposed, with scattered almond and olive trees. Walking here is a pleasure: each terrace opens onto a different corner of the landscape, and in spring the almond blossom colours the whole property.

The perfect spot for the villa
The highest terrace, facing west, is the ideal place to build the house. From here the view slopes down over the valley, crosses the olive groves and reaches a glimpse of the sea. The afternoons are bright, and the sunsets unfold right in front of you. A country home of approximately 180 m² can be built here, subject to planning verification.

Silence, fresh air, nature
The property is in a quiet countryside, far from busy roads. Here the pace slows down: you hear the wind in the olive trees and the birds, and daily life becomes simple again.

Trustindex verifica che la fonte originale della recensione sia Google. Maddalena has an exceptional eye for high-quality properties and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. She doesn’t overwhelm you with irrelevant options; instead, she takes a thoughtful, tailored approach, presenting only properties that truly match your criteria. She's always well-prepared, and if any information is missing, she will go the extra mile to provide a clear and qualified answer. Maddalena also has an excellent network of trusted professionals to support you after the purchase. We’ve worked with her twice—first to find our home and later for agricultural land—and both experiences were absolutely excellent. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
